How much RRL tea?

I have read the red raspeberry leaf tea in 2nd and 3rd trimester is beneficial, but was wondering HOW MUCH?

1cup per day per trimester so 1 in the first. 2 in the second. 3 in the third. Infusions are best.

HUbby just bought me a teaball...its a deathstar...what a dork family we are lol

Thanks so much.  I havent been drinking it at all but I plan to as soon as I can get some

Nettles are great too, add some lemon grass... Mmm. Yummy tea. I need to go make myself some now!

My midwife says you can't drink enough to be too much.  She recommends 2 quarts per day of a RRL, alfalfa, and nettle combo...  (My uterus is ready for an Iron Man competition!)

Within reason you can't really overdo it. I just made one pitcher a day with about 1/3 cup of my herb combination (rrl, alfalfa, nettle).
