Does anyone know a good natural remedy for this? I'm dying!
lol. no teeth. That would have been good to add.oops
Quoting jellyphish:What do you mean? Like weather temperatures?
My teeth used to be extremely sensitive. I found out that I've been grinding my teeth at night which is what caused mine.
What I did:
started wearing a nightguard to prevent further damage from the bruxism (this may not be your problem, but if you notice any gum recession go see your dentist).
oil pulling - when you look this up you'll find that people think it's the cure to every possible health problem you could ever have. I don't know about all of that, but it sure has helped my gums and sensitivity.
no more flouride - I started using a powdered no flouride toothpaste. The glycerin that's in most toothpaste (even the natural ones) can coat your teeth and prevent remineralization. I think that eliminating both flouride and glycerin my teeth are able to recover.
