How do you take it?
What benefits have you seem from it?
Do you give it to your kids?
What all do you use it for?
What brand do you recommend?
Anything else you can tell me?

Thanks:)

It's ph balanced and makes everything better. Take it diluted to help your tummy, liver, energy, any infection.
Use as facial astringent for breakouts.
Use on your scalp for general scalp health.

I alternated between gargling with acv, tto, and salt and killed strep in two days.

Whatever brand you get should be organic, raw and unfiltered. The stuff floating in it is called the mother and is important for some reason. Braggs is great and you can find it anywhere, frys and target even have it.

I like Braggs organic ACV. I use it when anyone in the house had a cold. I make a tea out of some ACV, local honey and hot water. It really helps.

I cook with it. I want to take shots because I know how good it is for candida but I can't bring myself to do it!

Would it be helpful applied directly to the skin for a yeast diaper rash?

I take it as a supplement (drink it diluted with water). I do not give it to my kids. It can do all of the above that has already been mentioned plus it's good for your immune system and can boost metabolism. Only use organic/raw/unfiltered though. "With the mother", Braggs.
