revisiting no poo

Hey mamas, i made a post before, and now i want t revisit the no poo idea. I am going ti taje a shower in a minute. Should i just wash my hair with baking soda and rinse with appls cidar vinegar?

Yup. Diluted. And add sea salt if you have hard water.

 thnks I did it with no salt, we'll see fi I need to add salt later. I also added some lavender oil to my hair after to make it smell a little, is that ok?

If you have hard water I wouldn't wait to add salt, without it the adjustment period could take a lot longer and it will be harder for you to find the ratios that work. These things are true in my experience anyway; hard water kills no-poo.
What did you add the lav to? If you add it to the acv it will not get rinsed out and could make your hair greasy. If that's a concern it's better to either add it to bs or make a spray and spritz later.

Ok good to know. I wil add salt, we probably have hard water, and i will.makena spray of.lavender oil for after as well.
