What can you recommend for seasonal allergies? I've been very wheezy since I've been pregnant (16 weeks), particularly at night. Itchy, runny nose, wheezy, scratchy.... I prefer holistic remedies....

Honey I eat already...I know it's something I'm going to have to suck up and deal with mostly. The wheezing/asthma symptoms are bugging me the most. Bah. Will look into ginkgo.

Lavender is good for allergies. I have my son take some and it helps with him. I put a drop in some honey and then down it with some water. I also use RC at night before he goes to bed. The oils can be found here abundanceandwisdom.com/kimreynolds and I can give you suggestions on how to use them. We have gone off of any medications and just use the oils now.

trilighthealth has a "lung tonic" safe for pregnant women that I found extremely helpful.  Also, lots of nettle tea with local honey and vitamin C in any way I could eat it.
