remedy please?

I keep breaking out into hives! I have no idea what I've been touching, and everyday is a different part of my body. Anyway, is there anything I can do to help heal the skin and reduce itch at the same time? I currently have broken skin that still itches.

I don't want to use immunosuppressive treatments such as Benadryl or cortisone cream.

Thanks in advance!

Could be an allergic reaction to something you ate as well.

Maybe, but I haven't eaten anything new. Maybe I'm just becoming more sensitive to something I normally eat? Who knows.
I got out if the shower today and started breaking out. No new soaps, detergents. We did move in a couple months ago so I honestly started to question if there's something in the water from the pipes or something? It is hard water here which I've never had to deal with.
Is that even possible? I feel crazy right now!
