I have a really mild case of it and I actually haven't noticed any breakouts since HS. Durring this pregnancy it's come back though and is all over both elbows and my arms near my elbows. I'm looking for some natural or heck even un natural releif.

It's really ichy and lotion isn't working!

In my experience, it's best to find the cause rather than treat symptoms (usually dietary with dairy being at the top of the list)
For symptom relief you can try coconut oil.

eczema has two issues too much acidity in your body and leaky gut. So you need to fix those issues. A good probiotic would probably clear you right up. Maybe try some kefir? as for topical itch relief coconut oil is good, and you can infuse it with some herbs that will really help to calm the skin. If you want you can PM me I have a slave that I made for my daughter that you may be interested in. But ultimately you have to fix the root cause, or else you'll just keep on itching.

We found a local salve that's made with beeswax.  Pretty awesome stuff.  I believe you can find it online--It's called "Sturdy Girl."

I agree with both of them. Also look into dietary causes.
