I know not everyone drinks cow's mik in the group.

For our family, I think it's a good choice for us. We currently drink conventional pasturized milk though we make sure that it doesn't contain the added hormones.

I am thinking about switching to raw milk for our family. We can get it from our local farmer's market and I think our natural food store-though I'm not 100% sure on that. My concern is my 1 year old drinking it and that comes from years and years of being told pasturized is the best.

Is there anything I need to be concerned about? What should I look for or what should I ask the farmer who sells it?

I've only tasted it once. In my state you can only purchase raw milk on a farm directly from the farmer. I don't have the option of doing that since I live in a city that defines urban.

As long as you trust the farm it won't be a problem.
