Breakfast ideas

I need some easy, healthy breakfast ideas.

We do homemade pancakes and waffles and when I have time I freeze some so we just need to heat them up. We also have eggs occasionally but I need other ideas.

Something that can be made ahead and reheated or is just simple to make.

Any suggestions?

Smoothies are my personal favorite to make the night before. Muffins (made from scratch) are another favorite with my family.

You could make a bunch of pancakes and freeze them.  Easy to reheat and eat quickly.

I do kashi or natures path frozen waffles on mornings that we have to get out of the door quickly.
My boys also like it when I make oatmeal and put frozen organic blueberries in it. It helps cool the oatmeal, and they like the blueberries.

We like smoothies, granola, pancakes, waffles, and leftovers.

Scrambled egg burritos, oatmeal and fruit, potato scramble (also good in a tortilla), dinner left overs, coconut rice with fruit, avocado bagel sandwiches, bean and veggie burritos...

Boiled eggs and pre cut up fruit is a favorite here. I make crepes too and reheat them.  I stuff them with practically anything.  DH loved when I sent him to work with a crepe stuffed with smoked salmon (leftover from dinner) with cream cheese and capers.

Homemade flaxseed bread (you could use normal bread, I'm gluten free) with peanut butter, piece of fruit.

I also frequently make eggs & potatoes for the kids if they wasn't something other than that.
