what can I do my 18 month old has low iron

help she went to the doctor on Wednesday, had blood drawn for a lead test. but results for the iron was low. I mean she grew alot in her sleep im guessing. she is now in the fifty percent as other babies her age. she eats really good what can I do ?

Iron, according to my ped nd, is hard to elevate with food but easy to maintain. I put my dd on an iron supplement when she was low and eventually took her off and make sure to get high iron foods in her now

Iron rich foods given with vit C, if giving cows milk STOP for a bit...did they give you a number?

Give iron-rich foods with citrus.  Chicken breast chunks (or other iron foods) and mandarin orange slices (or strawberries, pineapple, etc).  This will aid in the absorbtion...

I was just think about three food agree eats and its mostly iron enriched foods should I just give her more?
