Keep your jaw loose and open :) Low sounds facilitate opening, high pitch sounds facilitate tension. Rocking, swaying, and kissing :)
There are musical calming soundtracks on YouTube for helping during labor.
I just took full breaths and walked.
I always breathed and talked to myself.
in addition to all the replies you have received so far picture a flower bud in your mind which is your uterus and as yoru have contractions this flower starts to bloom while chanting 'open' and you envision your baby coming out. I found loud low moans helped me alot....and shaking major muscles..like I grabbed my thigh and shook the large muscle and for some reason it worked lol
'Labor singing" (like moaning) is how I managed my last labor. I "watched" the pain leave with the sound.
