I have some left from having my son 5 weeks aga and was wondering if it's ok to use for bad menstral cramping? I have RRL tea but I'm feeling too yucky to get up and make it.

I have no idea how to answer your question, but did that After Ease work with your cramps after having your baby? I want to buy some, but didn't know if it would work.

I was told it can be taken for menstrual cramping, but I haven't tried it.
