I'm 37wks 4days! Can't believe the end is near but baby is making me very uncomfortable. He just won't stay off my left hip. It really hurts. I've been doing my spinning babies moves for 3wks but it's not helping!!

Be sure to sit in a leaning forward position as often as possible...squats and our stair walking, or just plain walking....have you tried pelvic tilts?

The Webster technique with a certified chiropractor. I can't recommend this enough!

Have you tried the chiro? They might help!

Oh you girls have no idea how badly I want to see a chiro. But I only have Medicaid and they no longer cover chiro visits. The office I usually go to is $65 a visit. I can't afford that. :( my hips are screaming just do it!!! Lol

My dd loved my ribs and it hurt so bad. I used to bend over until she moved.

Hugs. My baby was on my left hip too! Squatting helped put me into labor lol.

There is a technique on spinning babies my midwife used for me too, it helped. So did child pose position for yoga, and going on all fours having dh put pressure on my hips.

I think he's off my hip. I did do hands and knees for a while and my floors are gorgeous. Lol
