Natural Remedies For Thrush

I'm thinking my lo and I may have thrush. She has a bright red rash around her genitals and legs. I have been having shooting pains in my left breastwhile nnursing and both nipples have started itching the last couple days.

I'm thinking I should maybe just treat us both to be on the safe side. I would really like to try something more natural as opposed to using a prescription right away. Anyone have any experience using anything that worked? I read online many different things to try like baking soda, gentian Violet, grapefruit seed extract and tea tree oil.

Has anyone tried any of these before? How did you use it and did it work? ,

Do not ingest GSE without first researching it quite thoroughly...  This'll give you plenty to think about:

Oh wow. Okay so maybe I should try something else. Lol. Doesn't sound like something I would want to put in my lo's mouth.

Do you know of something else that would be as effective but safer?

Have you used Aloe Vera for thrush and did work? How exactly did you use it?
