I have a daily smoothie of spinach, banana, pear,water, and chia seeds.
I use all kinds of different fruits. I buy berries and freeze them then add in other fruit like kiwi, pineapple, apples, oranges, coconut milk, and usually a spinch or kale.
Oh i just made a post like this in another group. Hoping to get some good recipes?!!
