DOMS

Is there anything I can do for doms? I just started using kettlebells and I am really feeling the pain. I know arnica helps. Anything else?

What is DOMS?  I googled and it said delayed onset muscle soreness, is that what your talking about?

banana's?  I always hear when people have muscle cramps they say bananas, maybe that would help.
