AWESOME

A drug derived from human breast milk that destroyed cancer cells in studies is to be tested in a pre-clinical trial.

Researchers say their drug is almost "ready to go" and just needs to go through the final tests, the Siberian Times reports.

Cool! Too bad synthetic stuff usually turns up crazy side effects. But at least it's confirmation that breastmilk itself works.

I read about this cancer-killing property of breastmilk about a year ago.  I really wish they would do a study on little ones with cancer.  I am curious how many of them are breastfed and for how long.  It would really be interesting to see the results of something like that.

My theory is that breastmilk helps fight/prevent cancer in little ones.  But I have nothing to base that on other then the fact that there is something in breastmilk that kills cancer.
