A few days ago my one month old started getting tiny red bumps all over her face and neck. Not sure what it is but after googling, thought maybe just baby acne especially since it was only on her face and neck. Now, it has gotten worse and almost looks like eczema in some spots because of the red patches.

Now today, I see just a few tiny dots on her chest and tummy too, but just a few and they are not as red as on her face.

I haven't put anything on it, just washed with warm water and a rag.

Should I be putting anything on it? Could it be something other than acne or eczema?

I've included a picture so you can tell me what you think.

Thanks ╰(*´︶`*)╯. .
