stomach bug while pregnant

Hey Ladies, I'm 18.5 weeks and think I have a stomach bug. I'm nauseous and hungry at the same time. But don't want to eat because it makes me nauseous again. Having more than normal bm's. My dd had one earlier this week and my hubby woke up with it this morning with actual vomiting and diarrhea on his 30 bday of all days. Anything I need to do for myself differently?

Just be sure to keep hydrated. I would try to eat a nibble here, a nibble there too. I hope you all feel better soon! My DDs just had one last week!

Yup yup, what they said.
Peppermint and chamomile teas are safe to take to settle your tummy.
Feel better!

Just rest and make sure you stay hydrated.  How is the pregnancy going?  I remember when you were TTC and your already 18 weeks, just crazy :)

I would sip on coconut water to help ward of dehydration.

All better. The virus was 24 hrs but now I have a uti. But I've already got abx. So that's on the mend too. Thanks for all the suggestions
