Hurting all over.

I became pregnant with my second daughter in 2012. I was badly sick for 7 months. I lost 65 pounds and could hardly get out of bed. I didn't do much exercising because of that. When I started feeling better I took things slow because I was in bed for close to 7 months. After baby was born I would exercise here and there, but not all the time. When I decided to start Zumba, I find out I'm pregnant again. My daughter at the time was 6 months old. I'm in my 2nd trimester and my muscles are really starting to ache. I know it's because they are weak. What are some good exercises I can do as a beginner to help strengthen my muscles?

I know how you feel! I just started to really work out continuously since I was pregnant with my youngest. I've been wearing her a lot more on my back to hike and my stomach muscles hurt so bad! You can do it!

What the others said. You need low impact exercises. You could work your way up to prenatal pilates and squats too.

I would just start by taking walks and maybe look for a little exercise tape at the library or something.  You don't want to over due it but it's good to get those muscles warmed up and blood circulating.
