I became pregnant with my second daughter in 2012. I was badly sick for 7 months. I lost 65 pounds and could hardly get out of bed. I didn't do much exercising because of that. When I started feeling better I took things slow because I was in bed for close to 7 months. After baby was born I would exercise here and there, but not all the time. When I decided to start Zumba, I find out I'm pregnant again. My daughter at the time was 6 months old. I'm in my 2nd trimester and my muscles are really starting to ache. I know it's because they are weak. What are some good exercises I can do as a beginner to help strengthen my muscles?
