Earth Mama Angel Baby makes a fantastic tea called Organic Monthly Comfort Tea. I get it through their website, www.earthmamaangelbaby.com. It has helped so much. I had really bad cramps and I start drinking this tea a day before my period comes and throughout the first two days and the cramps are tolerable, sometimes non existent. I also make sure I am getting enough magnesium.
