My son is now 4 months old. We have been using a Moby wrap but now Hunter does not seem happy in it. I'm looking for a new carrier. Something I can use while hiking, maybe shooting my bow, and gardening. I've have two in mind but I would like to see what others recommend. So how bout it ladies? Tell me about some of your carriers.

Thank you. Haven't seen that one in my research. I'll look that one up.

We love our Ergo! It's amazing, I've taken it hiking with great success!

Baby doesn't get to warm? How about the wearer?

I love Mei tais. SSCs are great for back carries too.

I didn't, but ds is a warmer human being. He produces a lot of heat, him and dh, I call them my heaters. So if I plan on being in the heat doesn't matter if I wear or not, i bring a larger bottle of water and cloth wipes, soak the wipe and put it on ds' head. I might have pictures somewhere... I did this once at church last year too, our AC went out.

I believe Ergo also makes a more breathable one too.

I used to love Boba but now I love the Kinder Pack! They sell ones with a mesh panel so it keeps you cooler. I love ours. We just got two of them.

The Boba is great until they're older. I prefer it to the Ergo because it's taller and they can fit in it longer
