Parenting/health question: need opinions/advice

I have a 6 year old daughter with a health/medical issue that seems uncommon, peculiar, and stressful for my daughter.
About a year ago she started 'dripping'. We took her to her dr. (Our dr). She did an exam and didn't seem concerned. A few months later it was still an issue so we took her to another dr. At the same clinic. This dr. Smelled the pad she (my daughter) was wearing and confirmed it wasn't pee, swabbed her and it came back fine, so she said maybe stress. So here we are a few months later with the same issue popping up.
Keirra does get very stressed out, very easily. She has an intense personality, and her attitude varies/changes often and quickly.
My my view point: My 6 year old shouldn't have to change her panties every 15 minutes because of leakage. My 6 year old shouldn't need to wear pads. My 6 year old shouldn't be crying and upset, worried about " if it happens when she's at school"!
Before I take her back to her dr. Or to a different dr. I wanted to see if there is anyone who knows of this issue.... If there's anyone who has had a daughter experience this...... I'm just unsure of how to handle it.

I would get a  second opinion for sure, that doesn't seem normal.

A specialist would be advisable now, not a general doctor.

Yes. This is what we would go with next but you have to be referred to a specialist so we have to go to a regular dr first.

Grrr..I know. We battled our Dr for a referral to release or baby's ties. Push for a referral. Even if it ends up being nothing worrisome, they might be able to help control it. Not fun at that age! Sorry you guys are going through something like this.

It almost sounds like leukorrhea. I had that when I was pregnant and it did feel like I was urinating myself.
I don't know why your 6 year old daughter would have that, though, unless she is starting puberty really early. Definitely get a second opinion.

With any of the informative responses I've gotten, I wouldn't say puberty specifically. I would just assume early hormone development. With as stressed as she makes herself, it's probation just throwing off those hormones/glands. Most kids just don't stress so much over everything.
I'm thinking I will see if I can get our primary to just get us a referral.
