What level and where do I get my mount?
At 30 you get your 60% speed land mount, (This is purchased at your faction's main city. Usually outside of it.)
At 60 you can get your 100% land mount.
At 70 you can buy your 60% flying mount, you can also upgrade to an epic flying mount at 70 for all classes. These mounts are usable in Outlands, and at a later level in Northrend. (these are purchased in Shadowmoon Valley and at either Scryers or Aldor bases depending on your affiliation)
At 77 you may purchase your cold weather flying to be able to fly in Northrend. (this is purchased in Dalaran)
Class Unique mounts:
Paladins and Warlocks both get land mounts. See your Trainer.
Druids get flying mounts. See your Trainer.

What is the difference between the server types?
PVP- You are flagged so the opposite faction can attack you, and you can attack them, while in contested territories.
PVE- You can never be attacked outside of a battleground or opposing faction major city unless you purposely flag yourself for pvp action with /pvp.
RP- A server for the role playing population. This is where you can act out as your character and have story lines about it, and not get laughed at by 15 year old boys. ;) Rp servers also come in PVP and PVE modes.

Where do I find my screenshots?
Unless you have installed WoW to a odd place they should be located in these directories:
Windows XP: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Screenshots
Vista: C:\Users\\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Screenshots\
Mac: Applications > World of Warcraft > Screenshots
(someone correct me on the mac if I am wrong. lol)

What is MP5?
Mana regen per the 5 second rule. It's how much you regen in five seconds. More indepth information can be found here.

What is DPS?
Damage Per Second. It is how much damage your character can put out in a second.
When someone is asking for DPS, they mean a class that does Damage such as: Mage, Warlock, Feral/Balance Druid, Ret Paladin, Death Knight, Hunter, Rogue, Shadow Priest, Elemental/Enhancement Shaman.

What addons are best?
Quest Helper, Omen, and Deadly Boss Mods are the basics to help you out, however, there are a lot more out there. Check out the Addons forum in our group for more indepth discussion.

Should I join a guild?
Yes, they are beneficial. Leveling guilds are great for assistance while leveling. They also run instances (or dungeons if you will). Raiding guilds are usually only for lvl 80s.

What is Ventrillo/Teamspeak?It's a program used apart from WoW to voice chat. It works better than the ingame voice chat option.
