Can anyone recommend a good doctor that works well w/ Autistic children?

Hi!

I am searching for a new doctor for my daughter and don't even have a clue where to begin. Can anyone recommend a doctor that works well w/ autistic children? I have a fabulous doctor my daughter goes to, but he has admitted that he can't do much more for her b/c he hasn't really studied autism as much as some of the other doctors out there. Location doesn't matter, we are willing to drive anywhere in Illinois to ensure that our daughter gets the best care possible. Thanks in advance!

Okay, I am so excited that I have to answer my own question! LOL

If anyone else is looking, there is a Dr. Morton that specializes in autism. I believe he is located near Springfield, as I found him through the St. John's Pediatric Hospital in Springfield. His number is 217-545-2618. It is a long drive for us, but the lady I talked to assured me that he has done amazing things for children with autism!!
