Lemon-Capered Pork Tenderloin

1-2 boneless pork tenderloins (about 1-1/2 lbs each)
1 tbl crushed capers
1 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 c. water
1/4 c lemon juice

1. Preheat oven to 350. trim fat from pork, discard. set pork aside.
2. Combine capers, rosemary and pepper in small bwl. rub mixture over pork. place in shallow roasting pan. pour water and lemon juice over pork.
3. Bake uncovered, about 20 mins. Remove from oven, cover w/foil. Let stand 10 mins. cut evenly into 8 slices before serving. garnish as desired.
