Gingerbread for the holidays

 I want to make gingerbread cookies for my daughters class this year......gluten free of course.

i've found a few from scratch recipies online.....but the feedback has been rather poor on the few i've found.

i've seen one packaged baking mix from Gluten Free pantry......for a spice cake/gingervread cookie combo mix.

Wondering of anyone has used it..........and how they turned out!
