I saw an endocrinologist for the first time today. I went because I have PCOS and it is out of control but the doctor immediately felt that I have Celiac disease due to my very low vitamin D levels, weight, bathroom issues, abdominal pain, the way I gained weight, "sores" on my hands, painful bloating, anemia, etc. We eat only whole wheat pastas and breads, btw. I also have MS and some of the symptoms are the same for that, Vit D deficiency, and Celiacs. I am incredibly fatigued, weak, have joint pain, muscle cramps, and tingling in my extremities.

She is testing me for it but said that regardless of what the results were, she wanted me to follow a gluten free diet. As of right now, her only reference for me has been celiac.com which I have looked at but have not found it to be all that helpful. I am feeling really overwhelmed right now!
