I'm Italian.  I base my life on pasta.  If we don't have pasta with dinner, we have bread.

Just the thought of going gluten-free is making me dizzy.  Especially since it's not as simple as avoiding noodles and cakes: I also have to be wary of cross-contamination!

Am I really going to have to buy a new toaster??  I really like our toaster!  It gets my bagels and bread and english muffins perfect!

I haven't yet been "officially" diagnosed with Celiac, but I tested positive for one of the antibodies with the blood work my gastroenterologist ordered, and I'm scheduled for the biopsy in a week and a half.

I need some help/tips/advice on transitioning.  I feel like I've just been told, with undeniable evidence, that God is actually Satan.
