Question regarding if my daughter is symptomatic?

She is low weight (might be lucky to be 32 pounds at age 5 1/2 and can fit into 12-24 month shorts and 2T shirts and actually HAS to wear them because it's the only thing that doesn't fall off), has always had issues keeping weight on, she complains of her tummy hurting a lot, she is always constipated, when she goes to the bathroom she says it is really hard to get poop out and when she does it is little grey balls and typically only like one or two.  She has a small appetite but some days can eat very well.  She has ADHD also and had hearing loss until age 3 1/2.

I feel awful for her.  I have an appointment next week to be tested myself but I honestly worry she may have Celiac's also.

Does she sound like she needs to be tested?

She has seen an Endocrinologist, had bone age X-Rays done, lab work, etc and they can't find anything else wrong with her.
