Hi am am new I was diagnosed with Celiacs about two years ago and I am finding it very difficult to stick to my diet. My hubby hates the gluten free food and I have to agree that the regular stuff  tastes much better. how did you all stick with your diet.

Hi!
For me, my symptoms keep me and my daughter on the diet. I struggle with depression when I'm on gluten, and my daughter get extremely irritable. Just those issues, without considering what gluten does to our intestines, keep me motivated!

I have found myself moving toward an "eat to live, rather than living to eat" philosophy. Not that I can't enjoy food, but that it's more about nourishing my body than about how it tastes, you know? glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com is a TERRIFIC blog, and she has a great attitude toward food. She's been very encouraging to me!

Hi! Yeah I love glutenfreegirl's site (my screen name on a bunch of other stuff is glutenfreegirl, but that blog is not me!) :)SHe's also written a book.

The trick is finding yummy food! Here's my favorites

Pamela's Products: cookies, baking mixes, bakery products
Kinnikinnick: ready made breads, pastries, cokoies, pizza doughs, etc. ALL good
Tinkyada: pastas
Lundberg Farms: risottos and side dishes
Bobs Red Mill: Flours
Glutino: pizzas, cereals, all sorts of yumminess
Whole Foods Brand 365: DELICIOUS brownie mix! THE BEST!!

Hope that helps! :)

It took me 3 years of searching and tasting to find item that I could choke down because of taste.  Southerlanmom has told you some good tasting items..tho I've been told they taste good to me because I am desperate after all this time...LOL.
Pamela's cookies and Glutiono crackers are great, their 'breadcsticks' are just OK with your favorite dipping sauce,  Curious cookies .com   are    also good, but pricey.  Find a health food  store that does GF cooking on certian days.
Summer with its fresh fruit and veggies are great,  We can still grill but have to watch what we put on the meats... I still haven't found a bread I don't have to coat wilth something for taste.
Bonatuae sapagetti    noodles are my favorite, because it not mostly rice.
