Does anyone?

I have the skin form of Celiac Disease but I noticed if I slip and have something with flour (case in point, Bloomin Onion from  Outback the other night) that my joints (yes every single one in my body) hurt so badly.  I feel like I'm a hundred years old.  I was reading a book about deadly grains and this was one of the things they found that happened if you don't eat them then add them back in, for those of us who are allergic.
Just wondering if anyone has had this reaction?
Thanks!

I don't have the skin kind, mine is the intestinal kind. My aunt I belive has the skin kind and she is very arthritic, she doesn't watch her gluten intake at all.

If my daughter gets accidently contaminated she hurts all over. She said she feels like an old woman. (she's 19) She also get very tired and can fall asleep at the drop of a hat.

Thanks very much!  That was very helpful.  I do pretty well avoiding it but when I do slip, there I go feeling 100 again!  This last time my hips hurt so badly.
Take care,
Laura
