What are you eating? Are you drinking enough water?
Build meals around vegetables and fruits (7-8 servings a day, in at least three different colors); whole grains (actual grains, like brown rice, quinoa (yes, I know, it's not a grain), whole grain pastas), 3-5 servings a day; legumes (like beans, lentils, tofu) 1-2 servings a day.
