Have you all ever felt like you were getting lost in the business of taking care of others?  Right now I'm doing it all, child rearing(although mine are older and require less), housework, cooking, driving, basically taking care of everyone else.  So who takes care of me?

I wonder this quite frequently. I just started seeing a new therapist on my own so I am sure that this is one of the things we will be addressing. Realize that you aren't alone in feeling that way.

You are NOT alone on this one, sister!!!  I feel like that quite often.  Then I feel guilty for feeling that way.  Then I feel angry that I feel guilty.  It just grows into a big ball of negativity.

Hang in there!!!  And try to arrange for some time for you:)  I'm going to a four-day conference in another city in a couple weeks.  I got a room at a hotel just for me and I'm leaving everyone behind.  Sure, I'll be in class, but in the evening, it'll just be ME!!!  No house to clean, no children or husband to attend to.  Just me in the quiet.

You should find something like that for YOU!!!  You deserve a break:)
