1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic ,minced
2-3/4 cups water
3 cups egg noodles , uncooked
1/2 pound (8 ounces) Velveeta, cut into cubes
1 (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup milk

Cook meat, onions and garlic in a large skillet until meat's no longer pink; drain.
Stir in water; bring to a boil.

Stir in noodles; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 minutes or until noodles are tender. Add Velveeta , soup, milk, and pepper.

Stir until Velveeta is melted and it's heated through, stirring frequently.
You can add more milk if a thinner consistency is desired.
Special Tip:

Add fresh minced parsley at the end for color and flavor. Serve with a salad and rolls. Serves 5
