Hello ladies. My name is Mandy and I just joined today. I have recently gotten really serious about losing weight and getting healthy. I started weighing 303 pounds about 3 months ago. I am now down to 292, but in reality most of that was lost in the last two weeks.
I do almost all of my working out on the Wii, with the exception of walking back and forth to work everyday. My workouts on the wii consist of one day of doing wii fit, or wii fit plus. These may give me quite a workout but it never seems like it because they are so fun. Then the opposite day I do the Biggest Loser game on the Wii. It sets up the workout for you and decided what you need to do each day. It kicks my butt, but I do it and it is relatively enjoyable as well.
I just thought I would introduce myself and see if anyone else is using the Wii to work out.
