Ok  we want to work on getting our son who is 21 months potty trained before our second child is here. I need help I have no idea where to start, any advice or tips would be great!!!

 I don't have a whole lot of tips, but I hear the Peter Potty works really well for little boys. It's a little urinal, and it even flushes. I know you can get them at Target.

I'm in the same boat. My son is 20 months and I would like to get him some what potty trained by mid august. I heard its best to teach lil boys to sit down on a potty and wait to teach them the whole standing up thing untill later.
