In april I weighed 293lbs,but when I went back to see my doctor in july I lost 3lbs. since that day in july I have been eating healthier and exercising,and I have lost 93lbs. I feel much better and I also feel more beautiful and confident.the one thing that has helped me is keeping a food journal to help keep track of what I eat. I no longer eat big portions,I eat smaller portions that way I feel full.
