This week has been pretty good for me. I have not eaten a lot of junk food and have nto had one bit of fast food. YEAH ME!!!!!  Not sure if I lost anymore weight but I am afraid to look. LOLOLOL I just had tobrag about myself this morning. 

How is everyone esle doing?

 Congrats! I was up all night trying to figure out what kind of diet I can do that will finally work. My husband told me yesterday I look 6 to 8 months pregnant and I am pretty sure I am not pregnant at all :( soooooo I need to get rid of this belly!! Not sure how yet but I am thinking no more sugar/chocolate and I need to exercise! Good luck!!!

The one thing I do is eat what I want just in smaller protions. I also think aboutthe fat content and calories. I do not count them I just think okay this is pretty fatting so I will have a little and then later I will have dinner. I drink tons fo decaf coffee and water and tea. this helps with the water weight. I have also chagned over completey to whole grains. Whole wheat pastas, breads, and so on. they are the good carbs that your body can use to helpyou fill full. MY only problem is my self control whenI am emotional. I am gettingthat under control slowly but I am doing it. if you need to chat PM Me.

Keep up the good work! It might take a week or two for kit to show on the scale, but it WILL happen!!....

 I've been thinking about going back to weight watchers. I lost a lot of weight when I was on it a few years ago. I'm a stay at home mom so when its down time I just snack and snack and if I'm emotional its so much worse.

That is cool. Good luck to you on weight watchers.  have heard they are great to use. I just don't have themoney right now.

 I know baout the emotional part I do the samething. it is hard to break that is for sure.
