Is there anything you do to keep yourself going when trying to lose weight? Some women have short term motivators such as a picture of a skinny model on the fridge, others have long term motivators such as fitting into a piece of clothing.
What works for you and why?

Going to weight watchers and staying for the meetings help me. It's very motivating to see other peoples success.

My baby! I want to be active for him. I also have three big trashbags full of size 12 clothes that I refuse to get rid of because my goal is to fit into them again.

The whole top shelf of my closet is filled with my "skinny clothes". I have 12's, 10's and even one or two 8's that were from high school. I would love to get back into some of that stuff!

I keep a post it note on the dash of my car with two messages meant to keep me on track. One says, "you are your daughter's most important role model" and the other says, "Catelyn deserves the best version of you". They give me something to think about on my long commute.
