Ive been doing weight watchers for going on 4 weeks and I've lost 11.1 pounds so far :) I love that I can eat and lose weight. So I recommend weight watchers :)

I haven't tried weightwatchers so maybe...I'm bad very, very bad. I just have trouble committing.

I was the same way. I'd start something then quit but I'm seeing results so it's kinda a motivation to keep going.

heck, I have gained! I read about cheating on your diet once a week was good for various reasons, but with me, it ends up being the whole weekend :*(
I am doing a lower carb diet, where I am limiting bread, rice, pasta, white potatoes, corn and some fruits. I still allow some fruit in the morning though.
