Current Weight: 290
Goal Weight: 280 (first mini goal)

Hurdles: none
Non Scale Victories: I walked 8 miles at one time this week and it felt great.

My goal this week: increase my walking speed.

Weight Last Week: 243.5

Current Weight: 240

Goal Weight: 200 (This will change but I don't want to overwhelm myself)

Measurements: (if want to) Don't have these yet

Hurdles: Myself...making excusses why I can't do things or why it's ok to do something

Non Scale Victories: Drank 8+ glasses of water everyday

My goal this week: Stay positive no matter what

I used to use MyFitnessPal...but for Mothers Day my sister bought me 3 months of Weight Watchers Online...but I'm not finding much support on the websites groups.
