Nicotine withdrawls when you quit for your pregnancy?

I was just wondering if any of you had experienced withdrawls when you quit smoking during your pregnancy and if that made you start back up again or if it triggered a miscarriage.  I tried to quit cold turkey with my daughter, but the withdrawls were so bad I started back up again and ended up only cutting down to about 10 a day.  My first pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage, which my doctor said could have been a result of quitting all of a sudden. My best friend quit and never had a problem.  Just wondering.

I smoked right through my pregnancy. Tried to cut back but ended up smoking almost as much as before I got pregnant.

I continued to smoke through both of mine too

I would have been a wreck if I tried to quit
