I am having a rotten time trying to get to sleep at night.  I have tried all the Drs. suggestions; don't lay in bed more than 30 mins., If you can't  sleep then get up read a book watch a movie or do house work.  I think I am beat, then I lay down and I am still unable to get to sleep.  I still get up at the same time every day like he said too.  Any other suggestion would be appreciated.

Have you tried taking Melatonin about an hour before bedtime? My husband is a hard core non-sleeper and he swears by it.

I have tried it, also tylenol pm, tylenol sleep aid, and another brand I don't remember.  I can't be totally out because my youngest has type one and I need to be alert if she needs me in the middle of the night.  I just want some rest!  I go to the Dr. tomorrow so I plan on asking him again, he will more than likely just tell me the same thing again.  we'll see.
