Ch@d Dill@rd of Casper, Wyoming is a con artist, and extremely mentally unstable. If you happen to run into this guy, or date this guy, just know that there is a huge network of his exes (we jokingly call it the Secret Society) who are friends with one another from clear back to 12 years ago. This guy is dangerous, and there are MULTIPLE police reports on him for theft and domestic violence. He currently has an arrest warrant out of Utah, also. If you need anymore information, or would like a photo of him, please don't hesitate to contact me. He picks single moms to prey on, and tends to get them when they are most vulnerable. The most recent woman was a single mother, real estate agent in Casper
