My son Tanner was born with a birth defect called club feet. I had passed it on not knowing what i do now. There is a 50-50 chance of passing the disorder and i did. While pregnant i went to numerous genetic counseling appointments and i was told your son doesn't seem to have club foot, so with that in mind through the whole pregnancy i was devastated when my son came out with it. I knew it was possible but i didn't know my son would have it. I think i was in shock maybe denial. I wanted my son to come out perfect and he did in many ways just not his feet. 2 days after he was born they put his legs in casts and after 2 months of that now he is in Dennis Brown Bar Shoes. Please come and share your experience with club feet. I would like find friends that are in the same situation.
