My son is 10 months and has bilateral club foot. He wears the Ponseti brace at night and has never had an issues till resently with sleeping. He rats around all over the bed trying to get comfortable. Is there any idas anyone has for this. He wakes up quite offen. And isnt a happy camper in the morning if he dosnt sleep well. But im sure you all know about that. Oh and any suggestions on sleeping attire? He cant seem to not get tangled in the blanket at night and I think that wakes him up sometimes.  Thanks for any info you can give me.

Have you tried the Halo sleep sacks? A lot of clubfoot parents swear by them. My son is very hot natured and sweats horribly in his sleep so we were always able to get by with him just being in a sleeper. Is your son just in the brace at night now? Maybe check the length of the bar..he could have a had a little growth spurt and the bar not be set at the width it needs to be and is causing a little discomfort. At one time Logan had gotten where he was restless at night (more so than usual, he's a bad bed buddy) and I tried everything when it finally dawned on me to check his bar length and sure enough it needed to be moved some and that helped him a lot to settle down some at night.
