Audtions seem to be readily available now for union actors and non-union actors. Now that SAG has come to a tentative agreement I have noted on casting boards such as Actors Access that feature films and commercials are once again being announced for union.
As for auditions, our teen daughter has had several since March and has filmed two commercials as union lead or featured.
IMDB.com ( as an IMDBpro.com member, which is a fee service) often offers much information for those that are serious about acting , managing their children, etc.
