Hi Everyone! Im 10 weeks pregnant. Me and my husband have decided this will be our last addition, so I wanted to try to do it right this time with a vaginal birth. I DO NOT want surgery. My first c-section was an emergency c-section because the baby went into stress. I was also 14 and scared out of my mind! The second c-section was just a repeat surgery and I did not know I had the option to not have the surgery. So Im on the hunt for a good supportive VBAC doctor! I dont think the doctor I have now is supportive of this procedure, he has not talked to me about a birth plan.

I noticed on your profile that you are in AZ (me too). I too want to have a VBA2C with my next child (not pregnant or trying yet), but I have heard wonderful things about a group of midwives who practice out of Phoenix Baptist Hospital. A mom in this group had a successful VBA2C with them. Anyways, just wanted to give you somewhere to start with as MOST OB/GYNs are not supportive of VBA2C. Congrats on your pregnancy. :)

Much Love in Christ,

Katie
