looking for a moms poem

Hi ladies,

a while ago I recieved an email about the role of moms...It went something like this:

"I'm a head chef. Im a referee, I'm a doctor, "...................................and so on and then at the end in big letters it said "I AM A MOM"

 

I was wondering if anyone has seen that and might have saved it  in there in box or if anyone know exactly what I can google to find it....I did google a few things but I couldn't find it.
